Donna Lang-Rice, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT

Donna has been working in the outpatient Physical Therapy setting for over 30 years. Donna has specialized training in spine and extremity care. She is certified in mechanical diagnosis and therapy through the McKenzie Institute. Donna graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of N.H. in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, and Magna Cum Laude from the University of Washington in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. In May of 2006 she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy with Distinction from Simmons College in Boston.
Donna's number one past time is helping and playing with her 4 grandchildren. She also enjoys hiking with her husband and dog Chloe and friends, and stand up paddling, kayaking, snow shoeing, x country skiing and gardening.

Jonathan Lian, PT, DPT
Jonathan joined Gilford PT in April 2015. He graduated from Ohio State University in 2003 with a bachelor of science degree in Exercise Science. Jonathan went on to graduate from Franklin Pierce University and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2006. His areas of interest include sports, orthopedics, and geriatrics.
Jonathan is currently training in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and therapy. Jonathan has resided in the Lakes Region since 2007 and enjoys hiking, outdoor activities and sports.
In Jonathan's free time he and his wife enjoy activities with their 5-year old twins.

Ashley joined Gilford PT in January 2019. She graduated in 2013 from Bay State College with an Associates of Science Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has experience in Geriatrics, outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. She is currently in charge of our aquatic physical therapy program at the Taylor Home.
Ashley and her husband enjoy chasing their 4 year old daughter around the house, and taking her on hikes with their black lab.

Todd Ratcliffe, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Todd graduated from Rivier College in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology. He then went on to graduate with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons College in 2003. He has worked in orthopedic outpatient clinics since then working with multiple sports teams and high school athletes to help them recover quickly. He also has trained with the Burdenko Institute for aquatic therapy. Recently he started to work with Long COVID patients who deal with long lasting effects that COVID has brought them.
Todd has been in Gilford all his life at his cottage on the lake and has finally made the long awaited move full-time to the place that he has loved since he was a little kid. Being in Gilford full time allows him to enjoy his love for all kinds of boating, hiking, skiing, and just being in the outdoors.

Laura Sleeper, PT

I have been a practicing physical therapist for over thirty years and have worked in a diverse settings including acute care, in-patient rehabilitation, home care and outpatient clinics. In the past three years, I returned to school-based therapy to work with children to develop new motor skills while integrating within the educational environment. At the same time, I have continued providing outpatient care part-time in a physical therapy clinic to allow me to utilize manual therapy techniques including dry needling. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, biking, paddling, skiing and climbing, and spending time with my family!
