We are in network with most insurances including Medicare, Medicaid, Anthem, Cigna, WellSense, New Hampshire Healthy Families, United Healthcare, Tufts, Martins Point, Tricare, Harvard Pilgrim, Health Plans and more. We do our best to check your benefits before your appointment to check for copays, referral and authorization information and visit limit.
We also bill for Workers' Compensation claims and Auto Accident Claims. We need to know this BEFORE we bill your claims. Please provide your adjuster information, claim number and all other information relevant to the claim.
We also offer pricing for self-pay patients.
We mail out invoices once per month. The information on the claim is what we have received from your insurance company. Please check with your insurance company if you think the amount you owe is incorrect before calling the office.
We will send 3 statements, give you a courtesy call and then send a letter before sending your account to collection. We do offer payment plans to avoid this. Please call the office to make arrangements.
