Directions: From Interstate-93 Take exit 20. At end of exit ramp, take left at light, driving east on US Route 3 / NH Route 11. Drive approximately 6.3 miles on US Route 3 East / NH Route 11. Take right onto US Route 3 North / NH Route 11. Drive approximately 2.7 miles on Route 3 North / NH Route 11. Take Gilford/Laconia exit onto Route 11A. At end of exit ramp, take right at stop sign onto NH Route 11A / Gilford Ave. Go through the traffic light & take an immediate right into Gilford Professional Park. Drive up the hill and park behind building #2. Gilford Physical Therapy is the first door to the left. From Route 106 From Interstate 93, take exit 15 onto Interstate 393 East. Take exit 3 for Route 106 North. At end of ramp, take left at light onto Route 106 North. Continue North on Route 106 approximately 20 miles. Take right onto US Route 3 / NH Route 11 Drive approximately 1.5 miles. Take Gilford/Laconia exit onto Route 11A. At end of exit ramp, take right at stop sign onto NH Route 11A / Gilford Ave. Go through the traffic light & take an immediate right into Gilford Professional Park. Drive up the hill and park behind building #2. Gilford Physical Therapy is the first door to the left. From Meredith (This also includes people coming from Center Harbor & Moultonboro) Take Route 25 to US-3 (Daniel Webster Hwy ) turn left. Take US-3 to Lake Shore Rd and make a left (approx 8 miles). Take Lake Shore Rd to Route 11/US-3 and make a right. Take the 1st exit- Gilford Ave. Turn left at stop sign at end of ramp. Go through the traffic light & take an immediate right into Gilford Professional Park. Drive up the hill and park behind building #2. Gilford Physical Therapy is the first door to the left.
